There is just something magical about type design, says Sebastian Lester. If you draw a successful typeface it can travel the world, taking a part of you with it.

If this is true, his Soho® Gothic family has taken him far and wide. Understated, modern and exceptionally versatile, the family has been put to good use in just about every application imaginable.

More A good choice for virtually any type of project, The Soho Gothic family performs equally well as the backbone of a global brand as it would in an edgy fashion magazine.

Versatile, extensive, customizable, and multilingual the Soho Gothic typeface family has it all.

With the same proportions as Soho, its slab serif cousin, Soho Gothic ranges across seven weights, from a willowy hairline to a brawny ultra each with a complementary italic.

Lester took care to ensure that the Soho and Soho Gothic designs work in perfect harmony.

According to him, The typefaces were developed alongside each other so that I could consider every aspect of each design and be certain that they would be absolutely compatible.

Soho Gothic is a more understated and more subtle design than Soho. Features that give the design its distinctive tone are the flat, crisp apexes of the diagonal characters like the A and V, and the marked horizontal stress in the a, g and s.

I wanted the family as a whole to radiate effortless modernity, recalls Lester, to be a master communicator that works in all conditions and at all sizes.

A collection of alternate and semi-slab characters were also part of Lesters plan.

I like to develop alternate characters for all my type designs, he says. I believe they give graphic designers greater flexibility and make a typeface more valuable.

Soho Gothic is available as OpenType® Pro fonts that have an extended character set which supports most Central European and many Eastern European languages.

If youre looking to complete your designs, consider pairing it with Bembo® Book,Joanna® Nova,Neue Frutiger®,PMN Caecilia®,or ITC Stone® Serif.

Download Now Server 1 Download Now Server 2 Download Now Server 3 Kuunari Rounded is (You guessed it!) the rounded version of Kuunari. Kuunari Rounded is a structured square sans type family of 42 fonts. It has three widths and 7 weights in both upright and italic versions. The base form is a round-cornered rectangle and this form constructs the glyphs throughout the fonts. Kuunari Rounded is a straightforward sans serif. It doesn't make any fuss about itself, it just does the job proudly and with confidence. It is very versatile; it can be used for titles and logos to make a statement or more delicately for body text and lead paragraphs. All in all, you can achieve diverse and rich typography with the Kuunari type family. Download Orpheus Pro™ Fonts by Canada Type

Download Now Server 1 Download Now Server 2 Download Now Server 3 The original Orpheus design by Walter Tiemann (1926-1928, Klingspor) was certainly a masterpiece. Unfortunately, like so many typefaces of that between-wars era, it got overlooked when type technology changed over to film, and once again when digital type came around. But during the decade or so when it was available on the metal type market, it was quite popular in Germany. Tiemann was already famous for having an incomparable instinct for the construct and proportions of classic Roman caps, something that shows in spades here, but the surprising genius of Orpheus at the time was how it managed to seamlessly combine an expert vision of the traditional empire caps with a lowercase that showcases a very fine and precise infusion of that efficient rhythm of modern minimalism that was all the rage in Germany at the time, which of course lives on to this very day. Download Pepi/Rudi Fonts by Suitcase Type Foundry

Download Now Server 1 Download Now Server 2 Download Now Server 3 The superfamily Pepi and Rudi is based on playful experimentation with basic geometric shapes - the circle, rectangle and triangle - elements that laid the foundations for typographic Modernism. The Pepi and Rudi introduces a number of current elements into a time-proven concept of primitively constructed typefaces. The typefaces somewhat uniform character width establishes a more regular rhythm; the character set is expanded, and legibility is improved thanks to taller lowercase. A wide range of ten styles, from hairline-thin to extra-thick with adequate Italics allow for universal use across the whole scope of graphic design. Carefully designed diacritics, clear punctuation marks, table number characters, ligatures, arrows or alternative lowercase characters are standard; this is sure to please everyone needing to work effectively with a neutral, geometric head...
